The entire Pandal looks like a chariot. Pulled by horses. And the Durga inside in a pose of riding the chariot. Inside, there were multiple miniature chariots with their stories.
Metaphorically, we can also think of a chariot of time which is carrying the traditions and craftsmanship of Bengal. That is probably why it is thriving even after so many years.
