It’s been a couple of years since I started CodeKarma. And I have not a had a single family vacation since then.
While I was not noticing this fact, my wife was. One day it came out.
We need to go somewhere, she said.
I knew I had very little rope left. I immediately, agreed.
You choose the dates and I will make it happen, I said.
A few options were discussed (apparently) and it was decided that it will be Kolkata. During Durga Puja.
What other better time to visit the timeless city. We need to experience the heat, the humidity, the crowd, the jams, the food, and the pandals. Isn’t that the perfect definition of a vacation. Yes it is. !!
The entire itinerary is built using GPT Sol 6.1 with Max effort and Claude Opus 5.5 with Max effort.
We did a comparison and even have an itinerary along with quick links on a website. What a great use of technology I say.

5:00 AM, sitting at the airport, we are discussing what we will be doing each day and comparing the outputs of the various models. Finally we decide that the pandal hopping has to start right when we land as the crowd will be too high closer to Dasami.
We land at 9:00 and the Pandal hopping begins.
