Next stop was the biggest mistake. Science city. I paid a freaking 350 rupees as entry fees. Before going in, I had doubts if it was for adults and hence checked online. Some sadists had written that it’s an amazing place even for adults on Tripadvisor. I trusted them and went in.
It’s a huge place (felt like a million acres while walking in the hot sun). Half the place was not functioning. It had countless groups of school children visiting the place together and it still looked empty due to its size. I did 8k of my 25k steps just in this place finding the route.
There was an aqua city which was nothing but huge fish tanks with real fish and artificial plants. The entire place was stinking of dirty water. There were a couple of penguins housed in a AC chamber. It’s their past life Karma that they have landed here than being in the Antarctic Circle.
There was a Robotic city which is nothing but humanoid robot toys displayed for children. None of the robots work. It’s the most stupid thing you could ever see. I came out of the place not willing to waste more steps to see these stupid things.
I later went to have a Gujarati Thali for lunch. The post about it is here. It was amazing….. and sweet.
